We do not add any milk powder or dairy derivatives to the jar! Since, the couverture chocolate is processed in a facility that also makes milk chocolate, we don’t get an official ‘vegan’ certification.

Real chocolate is sensitive to temperature changes. Munch’d Gianduja is best stored in a cool, dry place. If there are fast changes in temperature, natural oils can separate from chocolate or small white dots can appear. THIS IS SAFE to eat and it’s called ‘fat blooming’. You can gently heat up your Munch’d Gianduja and give it a stir to revitalise it.
